To promote professionalism and excellence in public management among Maryland’s government and nonprofit organizations by:
- Providing comprehensive development and training programs preparing graduates to effectively manage programs and organizations;
- Leveraging the expertise of faculty of the College of Public Affairs and the broader University of Baltimore faculty to deliver an academically-grounded and relevant curriculum;
Promoting cross-sector collaboration through a cohort-based program;
Partnering with public organizations to expand the reach of the program; and
Adhering to the CPM standards.
